3. The negative pressure formed when the handpiece’s high-speed turbine stops rotating can suck back the pathogenic microorganisms in the patient’s mouth into the handpiece and enter the integrated treatment station water and gas pipeline system through the handpiece connector, resulting in pollution, or due to accumulation. Bacteria or harmful microorganisms in the water and gas pipelines of the comprehensive treatment platform are breeding and pollute the pipelines.

1. Rinse: Rinse the handpiece under running water to remove the surface pollutant.

2 . Brushing: Soak for 2-5min with multiple enzymes, use a soft brush to brush under the liquid surface, focusing on scrubbing the head of the handpiece.

3. Rinse, terminal rinse: Rinse or brush under running water. The lumen was flushed with a pressure water gun. Final rinse with pure or soft water.

6. Oil injection: mechanical oil injection: use full automatic oil injection equipment to inject special handpiece cleaning lubricant into the handpiece.

Manual oil injection: Spray type cleaning lubricant should be used.

7. Inspection: Check the cleanliness and performance of handpieces and equipment after oiling.

8. Drying: drying cabinet drying, temperature 70-90 ℃, time 5-10min
