2. Which country do you delivery?
We ship the products to worldwide, except some very remote areas or where there are no delivery sevice.

3. How long can I receive the product once I paid?
The receiving time = the processing time + the delivery time.
The Processing Time: 1 working day. The delivery time varies with shipping method.
All the items in our site are free shipping by ePacket or Airmail post except some remote areas. It takes approximately 15-25 days(USA ,CA,AU,UK). Other countries 12-35 days (European, South America, Africa,etc.).
Expedited courier by EMS, which will take 7 to 10 working days; DHL / FedEx / UPS / TNT takes 3 to 5 working days, but you may need to pay for the extra delivery charge.
Attention:Difference countries exists different situation,the delivery time above is on the basis of major nationals,if you’re in remote area,you can have a reference.

If there are irremediable defects with the goods, please contact us within 2 days from you receive the item. All return items must be returned with its original packaging and accessories. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
