【Cleaning and Disinfection】
- Equipment
1.1 The sterilizer can provide a temperature of (134±1) ℃ and an air pressure of 220kPa (2.2bar).
1.2 Distilled water or Grade 3 deionized water that meets the requirements of GB/T 6682-2008.
- Method
After the treatment, rinse the attachments on the knife with clean water, put it in the disinfection oven without packing, use distilled water or meet the requirements of GB/T 6682-2008
The required level 3 deionized water is heated to 134±1℃, the pressure is 220kPa, and the disinfection furnace is automatically cycled once, and the disinfection furnace is turned on to remove the sample.
Let it cool to room temperature.
【Terms and Conditions】
- Please pay attention to check whether the appearance of the product is obviously deformed or foreign matter is attached.
- During operation, if the dental knife is damaged or falls to the ground, it should be replaced with a new one in time.
- After the operation is completed, it should be thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and placed in a dry state.
